The clean, self-contained apartment, complete with cooking and laundry facilities, offered much-needed comfort. The nearby bus station made city access easy, although the noise from neighbors disrupted our early mornings. Despite this, the location, close to landmarks like South Bank and Brisbane Botanic Gardens, added a relaxing touch to our family trip.

There were a balcony and a lounge in the rooms, which made them good sized.
Their staff were a little unfriendly.

I can't believe the shower barely worked, making it a real hassle. After using it, I found the carpet in the lounge was soaked in the corner. It felt gross and totally ruined my stay. Never again!

I stayed for a few days due to a family member's hospital visit, and I found this place perfect for my needs. It's less than a five-minute walk to the hospital, which made frequent visits much easier. The rooms were clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, particularly Kathy at reception, who promptly fixed a TV issue. The air conditioning worked well, and the ceiling fan kept the room cool.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had really comfortable stay of night and early hours of the morning with amicable staff and amazing location about to leave the airport. The rooms were stylish and new-fashioned and had an oven, a washing machine, and glassware. The beds were comfy, view of park was pleasant! The hotel provided good prices.

The location was super convenient, especially if you need to get to the hospital or catch a bus! The apartment layout was pretty spacious for a family too, which I appreciated. Plus, the hot water worked perfectly, and I did find the beds to be really comfy.
I was totally disappointed by the cleanliness. The carpets were disgusting with stains everywhere, including a blood stain, and the kitchen stools were sticky. We even found what looked like mold in the washing machine! just a really frustrating experience.

Great location near the hospital and transit, spacious and tidy unit with a full kitchen. Friendly staff and easy check-in made our stay enjoyable. Just be aware of parking challenges and a few minor maintenance issues. A solid choice for convenience and comfort!

Loved the spaciousness of the unit at Annexe. the kitchen was well-equipped with all necessary utensils, and the bed was comfortable. Laundry facilities were a great bonus, and the location is perfect for visiting the RBWH. the top floor offered relative quietness at night, with only minor traffic noise.
Wifi was too slow. Ants were present.
